Privacy
Daedalus Grid is a planning tool built to need as little of your data as possible. Here is exactly what happens to it.
Your answers stay in your browser
Everything you enter in the wizard — your use case, scale, and data- and compliance choices — is processed only on your device to compute the recommendation. It is never sent to us or anyone else, is not stored, and is cleared when you reset or close the page. The one exception is Save & Share, below: if you choose it, your answers are sent to us and stored.
Save & Share (only when you choose it)
If — and only if — you select Save / Share on your results, your questionnaire answers are sent to us and stored, along with the catalog version and exchange rate used, so the plan can be reopened. The link holds an unguessable id and acts as the key: anyone who has it can view that saved plan, so share it only with people you trust. There are no accounts, and saved plans are deleted automatically after 90 days. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by choosing to save — so don't save if you'd rather your answers never leave your device.
Requesting the full report
If you choose to request the full report, the details you enter — organization, full name, work email and position — are sent to us and stored, together with a link to your saved plan, so we can email you the report and follow up about your project. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box and submitting. We keep these details for up to 24 months and then delete them; you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time via info@ozymind.com. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond our email provider (Resend), which delivers the message on our behalf.
Anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Before showing results we run a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep bots out. Your browser contacts Cloudflare, and we send it an anonymous verification token together with your IP address — never your questionnaire answers. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this check; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
We set no analytics or advertising cookies. A single functional cookie may remember the language you choose, and the Turnstile check may set a short-lived security cookie on this domain. Both are strictly necessary for features you asked for.
No tracking, no profiling
There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking, and no automated decision-making about you. We do not build a profile of you.
